The Grand Havana Room, 1,500 sq. ft. room, is a perfect fit for mid-sized groups of 50 to 75 guests. The Grand Havana Room has been tastefully decorated with relaxed wicker furniture and large hanging wall picture tapestries. This versatile room can be set with the existing furniture or changed to meet your function specifications for traditional needs such as classroom style seating, round or oblong table seating in groups of up to 8 people per table.

The Grand Havana Room is privately located on the second floor of the Banquet and Conference Center and readily accessible by elevator or stairs. Second floor level restrooms are easily accessible and directly outside the room entranceway.

This room is perfect for functions such as formal or relaxed dinner parties, business meetings or socials and mixers, birthday parties, reunions, small wedding receptions, retirement parties, and many other function types. The extremely high vaulted ceilings of the Grand Havana Room allows for listening ease of entertainment venues such as Karaoke, D J setups, or even a live band for your event. Adjustable light levels throughout make this a perfect function room for any desired atmosphere setting.

All meeting rooms are smoker friendly.  The Grand Havana Room is equipped with a commercial smoke purification system. Functions may elect to have a no smoking venue at their discretion.

The Grand Havana Room offers a full food selection from our complete banquet functions menu package. Beverage services are easily accommodated from a decoratively designed full function in-room bar setup.

The Grand Havana Room has a multiuse floor type function surface suitable for any function, including dance events to kick your heels up with those events having a D J service or live band. The Grand Havana Room is also equipped with its own personal FM receiver and CD sound system to allow you to select from your own CDs.

Additional features included with the rental of the Grand Havana Room include WiFi capability for guest convenience, two 32” TVs and a 60” big screen TV system all linked to Comcast Cable reception, and a private pool table.

The Grand Havana Room big screen TV allows for DVD, VCR, and S video connection capabilities for an additional rental service fee when presentation services are a must.
